I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the fabulous service we had from your drivers on Tuesday 24th September when they took us to London for the day. The trip involved lots of destinations and they were very accommodating and adaptable with timings and getting us to safe places to be dropped. I have worked in the ‘industry’ and recognise that you went beyond the extra mile from the outset! From picking up the phone when I called to enquire (3 other companies didn’t!) , the speedy responses to emails any time of the day including evenings and weekends, the ease of making changes to routes and pick up points, update emails, calling me to check details, contact details for driver, tracking option (which I forgot to email you for) etc etc. You took all the stress and concerns out of the whole planning process.
Duncan, our driver, is superb. From the minute he pulled up at the first pick up (dead on time) till he dropped us off he was brilliantly professional and friendly. He made it a totally relaxed day, definitely an asset to your team! It was a bonus he got a chance to look round the IWM tooJ . Duncan made a good day a great day!
(Please do tell him not to fret about the smaller seats and mirror that wiggled itself loose. I know he was concerned but we all know the issues that can side swipe us when least expected!)
We could tell some stories of coaches extremely late, not turning up, going to the wrong place, arguing over pick up / drop offs booked, no way of contacting the companies as booked through a massive chain, break downs and grumpy drivers! Somewhat stressful when there’s cold, wet children waiting to be picked up or, even worse, wondering how on earth we are going to get them home!
We only wish we could use you for all our cadet travel. It was so refreshing to have a driver who knows the back roads and local area. Unfortunately, the coaches for weekends and camps are booked via our central Brigade who contract it out. But when we need one for any other days out I will certainly be in contact again.
It was just a brilliant experience from first contact through to Sunday evening.
Once again, THANK YOU, from us all at Britannia Company, Norfolk ACF.

A family of 11 people. We travelled in a minibus of Maretts Chariots from Heathrow airport to Stallham in Norfolk, and back to the airport after a boating holiday. The transportation was excellent. The drivers arrived even before the appointed time. Both drivers were very courteous and drove carefully. The vehicle was clean and polished. The ride was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend using the company's services.
If we need such transportation again, there is no doubt that we will turn to them again.

Keith, who was our coach driver for most of the day was amazing. He was friendly, fun, incredibly patient, and a thoroughly lovely man. David, our driver, arrived in plenty of time, was really cheerful and helped out with our bags without being asked to. If he can drive for us for our other residential to Bawdsey Manor on 6th July, that would be great! I also appreciated the courtesy call from your office on our arrival.

Keith was an absolute pleasure to have as our driver. He was interactive from the start and laid down the ground rules so as there was absolutely no confusion to the standards that he expected, all in a friendly and welcoming way. I just wanted to thank the whole team at Maretts Chariots for their friendly, prompt and efficient service to our organisation Camp Horizon.
The drivers were present, and polite.
2 of them even joined in on our activity, giving the kids a real good time all the way. I'd also like to thank one driver whom I unfortunately do not recall his name, who so very kindly offered to wear a "lost" tag, to convince one of the children that "everyone" is wearing one.

We've just had a wonderful long weekend on a residential trip with 60 age 9-11 year olds. Our driver, Keith, was with us all weekend and was brilliant. He was friendly and chatty to us but also excellent with our children and became a big part of our experience all weekend. Our children loved him!
He navigated the tricky road outside our school with ease and made the whole journey much less stressful. It was lovely to have him on all the trips out as well as the long journey to and from Norfolk from Hertfordshire.
